Are you trying to conceive and looking for help, advice and support?
Out of every 100 couples trying for a baby, most (80 to 90) will get pregnant within 1 year. For others, it might take longer and some may also need help to conceive. There are many reasons why this happens – about two thirds of couples discover that there’s a fertility issue with one partner; in the remaining couples either both partners have fertility issues or actually no cause is found. Most of our patients choose to start their care with a medical consultation – this provides an opportunity to talk through what you’re experiencing, learn about all of the available options and then consider what’s right for you. If you later decide to try IVF and other assisted reproductive treatments, we’ll refer you to the most appropriate NHS or private service. Whatever your choice, you’ll be supported at every step of the way.
