Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine. It involves stimulating sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles of the body; fine needles are inserted at specific sites in the body for therapeutic reasons or for preventative purposes. It’s now widely used across the NHS and in the private healthcare sector. Read more about acupuncture and how it might help with certain conditions here
