At Innermost Healthcare, we see patients from a number of vulnerable groups including pregnant women, new-born babies and young children. If you call us for an appointment, you will be asked about any recent travel you may have undertaken. At all times, we respectfully ask you to comply fully with the latest guidance from the UK Government and Public Health Wales. Travellers Returning from Wuhan and Hubei Province

If you have returned from Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days:

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu
  • phone NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47 or phone 111 if available in your area and tell them of your recent travel.

Please follow this advice even if you do not have symptoms of the virus. If you get a cough, a high temperature, or you feel short of breath, continue to follow this advice. Do not leave your home until you have been given advice from a doctor. Please do not visit our clinic.

Travellers Returning from Other Areas

This advice applies if you returned from the following areas:

  • China
  • Thailand
  • Japan
  • Republic of Korea
  • Hong Kong
  • Taiwan
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Macau

If you have returned from any of these areas in the last 14 days and develop symptoms of fever or cough or shortness of breath, you should:

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu
  • phone NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47 or phone 111 if available in your area and tell them of your recent travel.
