    A 5 View Cardiac Scan is a transabdominal ultrasound pregnancy scan by a cardiac trained sonographer and will identify most babies with a major cardiac defect or heart abnormality. About 50% of babies with a cardiac defect are missed on the routine Anomaly Scan.

    5 View Cardiac Scan

    A 5 View Cardiac Scan is a transabdominal ultrasound pregnancy scan by a cardiac trained sonographer and will identify most babies with a major cardiac defect or heart abnormality. About 50% of babies with a cardiac defect are missed on the routine Anomaly Scan.

    Cardiac defects occur in about 1 in 200 pregnancies are are more common than Down Syndrome.
