Bile Acids or Bile Salts – a blood test to measure the levels of Bile Acids which are often raised in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) or Obstetric Cholestasis (OC). We would usually advise an additional check on liver function tests (LFTs).
