During a pregnancy massage you can lie on your side with pillows, wedges, or a full-length body pillow for support or you may be in a seated upright position with a comfortable wedge placed to take the pressure off the main blood vessels supplying oxygen to you and your baby. Positions can be changed throughout the duration of the massage as comfort is of the upmost importance.
